By using the App, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with relying on AI-generated nutritional estimates and agree that FitMe is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from dietary or health-related decisions.
You may submit images and related content (“User Content”) while using the App.
By submitting User Content, you grant FitMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, transmit, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and maintaining the App.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content.
FitMe may offer optional subscription-based features.
Subscriptions are billed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
